I’m Amy and I used to weigh more than 300 pounds. Three. Hundred. Pounds. And life was freaking hard. I worked too much, exercise too little and put no thought into what I ate.
Today, nearly 4 years later, my lifestyle is the complete opposite. I eat foods that nourish my body, exercise more days than I don’t and I’m working harder than ever to meet my goal of a healthy weight and settling into a sustainable lifestyle.
Transforming myself from the inside out has truly changed me as a person, and I know I am destined to help other women do the same.
